Vegan Waffles
This simple recipes makes delicious and easy vegan waffles.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 1/2 cups soy milk
- 2 TBSP canola oil
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Combine dry ingredients and whisk.
- Combine wet ingredients and whisk.
- Add wet ingredients into the dry and combine by gently mixing with a fork. (No need to bust out the electric mixer here, patient gentle mixing makes the best consistency.)
- Pour batter into the hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
- Top with your favorite toppings like: syrup, fruit sauce or peanut-butter & apples sauce. Enjoy!
