Growing up Saturday nights were generally filled with games, sleepovers and late nights. With the late nights the majority of Sunday morning was spent sleeping in then mid morning was a large breakfast/lunch combination aka brunch.
These days not much sleeping in happens on any day (the joys of having a baby) but we still partake in brunch. I love brunch! We recently just finished 3 short cooking videos that combine to make an awesome vegan brunch with: waffles, hashbrowns and tofu scramble. Here are the videos:

Watching the free worldwide online premier of Hungry for Change reenergized my passion for pursuing a whole food based lifestyle.
